Job Description



Handle daily data entry of accounting and finance transactions and prepare documents such as invoices, bills and vouchers. Searching and Arranging the documents for auditor and superior. Maintain accurate financial records, organize filing systems, and support audits when required. Provide General Admin (GA) support including answering calls, handling mails/couriers, and managing hardcopy and electronic filing. Carry out clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning and printing. Assign task by Management from time to time.

Job requirements



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or admin is preferred Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Familiarity with accounting software (AutoCount) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team Preferable to speak mandarin
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
