. Create invoice and check payment
Ensure filing and documentations are properly recorded and up to date
Submit director claim
Utilities
Update records for fixed assets and all other financial documents as necessary.
Prepare inter-Company billings, prepare and issue cheques upon authorization.
Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
. Filling Payment Voucher, Credit card listing and all related document
Requirement
Degree/diploma/ITE holder in Accountancy or its equivalent
At least 6 months -1-year experience in Accounts
Knowledgeable in SQL software
Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients
Can work with minimum supervision.
Knowledge in handling full sets of account.
