They are looking to bring on board excellent Account Assistant to support their team in KL Eco City. Job description: \xc2\xb7 Update collection and payment ledgers on a daily basis. \xc2\xb7 Update Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis. \xc2\xb7 Issue Sales Invoices and Official Receipts on a daily basis. \xc2\xb7 Assist in month-end closing. \xc2\xb7 Assist in Annual Audit, i.e - update of audit schedules. \xc2\xb7 Assist in GST submission and Annual Tax submission. \xc2\xb7 Other Ad Hoc duties assigned by management. Requirement to succeed \xc2\xb7 Min Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Candidate with a growth mindset and eager to learn new skill sets. \xc2\xb7 Must be self-motivating, capable of working independently, and have initiative. \xc2\xb7 Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from different levels. \xc2\xb7 Prefer experience in Construction, Services, FMCG, High Technology R&D, manufacturing, and Trading in nature. \xc2\xb7 Experience with SAP/Dynamics NAV will be an advantage Candidate must be able travel to Singapore for Training, Meeting and Presentation.
