Job Description

Data Entry:

Accurately inputting financial data, receipts, and expenditures into accounting software.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Processing vendor invoices, generating client invoices, issuing payments, and managing billing.

Reconciliation:

Reconciling bank statements and balancing ledgers and accounts regularly.

Reporting:

Preparing financial reports, expense reports, and statements for management.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining organized physical and digital files for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

Auditing Support:

Assisting with gathering data for internal and external audits.

Customer Service:

Contacting customers about delinquent accounts and resolving billing inquiries.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
