Job Description

Job Scope



Perform end-to-end accounting activities independently, including receivables, payables, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules. Perform data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparations. Monitor and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and timely posting. Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and fund tracking. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, and relevant stakeholders on accounting related matters. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Handle administrative duties related to accounting operations as required.

Requirement



LCCI Diploma or equivalent qualification in accounting or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting. Proficient in handling full set of accounts. Computer literate with experience in accounting software. Proficiency in AutoCount and UBS accounting systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
