Record daily financial transactions (payments, receipts, invoices, expenses).
Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation.
Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
Issue official receipts and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Assist in preparing payroll data and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
Support audit preparation and respond to auditors' queries.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Perform other administrative or accounting duties as assigned by management.
