Account Clerk - Job Scope
Daily Accounting Records
Record and key in all daily financial transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
Ensure all entries are supported with complete and proper documentation.
Petty Cash Management
Manage petty cash transactions, including disbursement, recording, and reconciliation.
Ensure petty cash balances are accurate and supported by receipts.
Sales Invoice Processing
Issue sales invoices promptly and accurately according to company procedures.
Verify all supporting documents before invoice issuance.
Document Control & Filing
Check, organize, and file accounting documents systematically.
Follow up on missing, incomplete, or incorrect documents to ensure proper records.
Compliance & Support
Ensure all accounting tasks comply with company SOP and internal controls.
Provide support for audits, finance reports, and ad-hoc accounting tasks when required.
REQUIREMENT :

-Possess at least SPM/STPM or other equivalent
-Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields is added advantage
-Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
