Kelayakan
  • Proven work experience as an accounting clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Education: Min Diploma and above.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Recording financial transactions accurately in accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Verifying and reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
  • Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring timely payment of salaries and wages.
  • Handling queries from vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Assisting with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
