\xc2\xb7 Process General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable \xc2\xb7Responsible for data entry, key in daily financial transactions into Accounting Software (AutoCount) \xc2\xb7 Reconciling entries to balance subsidiary accounts \xc2\xb7 Bank Reconciliation, Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation \xc2\xb7 Follow up on debt collection / debtors aging reports / creditors aging reports \xc2\xb7 Liaison with third parties such as suppliers, bankers to ensure accuracy in all financial statements \xc2\xb7 Process and record receipts for petty cash reimbursement Perform clerical tasks such as filling, replying emails, making phone calls and general bookkeeping skills

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
