Job Description


  • We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Account cum Admin in our company.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities

1. Financial Management:
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and track financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning.
2. Administrative Support:
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist in drafting and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
3. HR Support:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with relevant information.
  • Support HR in arranging employee training sessions and other development activities.
4. Facility Management:
  • Oversee the general tidiness and maintenance of the office environment.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure office equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
5. Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in various systems and databases.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports, performance metrics, and analytics as required.
6. Communication:
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through effective communication.
