Job Description


  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Prefer Chinese and able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature.
Responsibilities
  • To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
  • To submit management report as per dateline.
  • To update monthly ageing report.
  • To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
  • Handle day to day operations of accounting record and filling
  • Employee attendance & leave management
  • Statutory filing ( EPF, SOCSO , EIS, PCB, TP3 FORM , CP22, & CP22A)
  • Verify and updating staff benefits utilisation ( OT, allowance , medical ets.)
  • Handle Administrative work such as coordinating and reports update, jobs follow up, maintain office facilities, filling and other clerical duties as assigned.
