\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle basic Account Payable and Account Receivable \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare payments and related accounting work jobs \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform daily account transaction, filling, monthly bank reconciliation, claim & etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare weekly & monthly Sales Reports for management review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly before prepare payments to supplies and staff commission & claims. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other ad hoc assignment as and when required. Requirement: - \xe2\x80\xa2 Alternative Off on Saturday \xe2\x80\xa2 Be persistent, well organized and able to work under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 High integrity and openness combined with commitment \xe2\x80\xa2 Required languages: Mandarin, English and Malay \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate will act as a Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive for this job position.
