If you are looking for a challenging and fulfilling career, our company\'s Administrative Assistant position is an opportunity not to be missed! : -Handle the company\'s financial affairs, including recording income and expenses, preparing budgets and financial reports, etc. -Assist in managing the company\'s human resources affairs, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and salary. -Maintain the company\'s files and records, ensuring that all documents and records are properly stored and maintained. -Assist in resolving internal problems and conflicts, including communication and coordination between employees and management. -Assist in handling the company\'s daily administrative work, including arranging meetings, booking flights and hotels, receiving guests, etc. Job Requirements: -5.5 working days. -Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing. -Diploma, Degree in Finance & Accounting/ Accounting/ Business Admin/ Human Resources Management/ Management, or any relevant fields. -At least 1 year of experience in finance and human resources-related work. -We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us. -Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word. -Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. -Able to maintain efficiency and calmness in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills. -Excellent team spirit and self-management ability.
