• Handling full set account / HR tasks
• Prepare financial reports, year end closing management account and ensure deadlines are met
• Responsible for monthly staff payroll, verification of staff claims, staff leave days, statutory payments, ie, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and etc.
• Liaise with Financial Institution, Auditors, Tax Agent and other Statutory Bodies on accounting and financial related matters
• Responsible for general accounting, account receivable / payable, bank reconciliation, etc
• Perform basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
• Other task may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma and above in accounting and related fields
• 2 years of relevant working experience preferred, driven fresh graduates will be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/SQL software required
• Required Language : Mandarin, Malay and English
• Good attitude and personality, work with aggressive
