Job Title: Account Director : Key responsibilities: Manage 360 campaign execution independently, flawlessly & professionally (underpromise and overdeliver, timeline, QC, meticulous, Client & creative expectations management) Creative brief development and proposal presentation to Client Effective communication across various departments to deliver on-point brief Ensure all competitive reports and brands are carried out Responsible for raising quotes and closing, cost management and ensuring profitability of the account Manage team: train and groom the juniors in the Agency process, Client-Agency Relationship Management, Work accuracy / Quality control, Quotations and closing, cost management, & career guidance Provide Creative direction/ guidance to the team (Creative and Juniors) Build a close relationship with Clients across all levels : Juniors & Seniors Aid in new business pitches Assist GAD with annual forecast budgeting and achieving revenue target Good crisis management & be prepared for stress test by Client Humility, Respect, Team player, Hi Stress Tolerance, Speed & Accuracy Work OT whenever is required Proficiency in Website & Social Media Location: Kuala Lumpur Brand: Dentsu One Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
