Job Description
Working hours: Mon - Fri ; 8.30am-5.30pm

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Checking PO, DO, Invoices and do posting Compile payments and creditor ageing list Prepare all Account Payables (AP) Handle inter-company transactions, including reconciliation Reconciliation of cashbook, GL and bank statements Handle inquiries from suppliers and other departments
Account Receivable
Issue tax invoices & receipts Call debtors for outstanding payment Prepare SOA, & assist wit legal documents (when required)
Futher Accounting Duties
Handle full set of accounts (if able) Prepare & liaise with auditors Monthly closing accounts Assist in financial reporting
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma, LCCI in accountancy MS Word, Ms Excel, OBM an advantage but training is provided Mandarin, BM and English (Subcontractors / supplier speak Mandarin) Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills Good attitude toward learning Training provided Experience in construction industry advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
