Assist the Account Management team in day-to-day client communications and project management.
Coordinate with internal departments, including Creative, Production, and Marketing, to ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
Prepare client presentations, reports, and proposals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support client strategies.
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to client expectations and company goals.
Attend client meetings and assist in presenting campaign strategies and performance metrics.
Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client revenue and satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance client services.
