To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate sales revenue with channels and marketplaces and meeting company assigned sales target.
To liaise with e-commerce partners to build relationships, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
To monitor and reply to customer replies appropriately. Manage to follow up with customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests, enquires, orders etc.
To assist in developing, monitoring and recommending improvement initiatives on business processes, customer services and new techniques to optimize the potential sales.
To focus on market trends and benchmark competitors and be responsible for providing in-depth eaps about category trends to manager to better inform future assortment strategies.
To prepares and presents sales reports and analysis during post campaign.
Content Management
To ensure accurate product images and optimized product title / descriptions for our SKUs andcampaigns.
To identify content required to provide optimal product information and customer insight.
To be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including, sales, availability, pricing,listing content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment and after sales service.
To assist in performing other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by superior.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
