Job Description

E-Commerce Executive contributes to the growth of the online business of KK Supermart by maintaining the online platform and enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities: -

• To assist HOD in executing all E-Commerce daily operation.
• To support maintain product listing, update of pricing, propose promo mechanism for all online platforms.
• To monitor fulfilment of customer order via store pick or delivery service.
• To assist in generating statistical data/collecting information.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
• Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes.
• Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms.
• Managing relationship with partners and vendors.

Requirement: -

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Professional Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/E-commerce or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in E-commerce environment of sales, merchandising or process.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and uphold confidentiality.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Computer literate, familiarity with E-commerce will be advantage.
• A team player with high level of dedication.
• Should be an energetic, collaborative and technologically savvy.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
