DJI Malaysia is hiring E-Commerce Executive! Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the pivot role to bridge customer to handle their daily queries and questions.
• Collect customer voices, address their issues and concerns and support them.
• Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to deliver insights on various of dimensions in order to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Provides excellent service to clients from greetings and inquiries to requests and complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Liaise with technical team on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
• Analyzing data and trends to identify efficient ways to drive performance.
• Achieve monthly target by selling product through E-commerce platform.
• Work within an established customer and own a dedicated territory.
• Develop the expertise to provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecast.
• Effectively partner and build relationships with external clients.
• Provides excellent service to clients from greetings and inquiries to requests and complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• To process customer\xe2\x80\x99s Purchase Orders, Billing, etc for E-commerce platform.
• To liaise with customers and warehouse/ HQ on stocks, orders and shipments arrangement.
• Liaise with technical team on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
• To organise logistics and deliveries with related parties.
• To attend customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries on time and in a professional manner.
• To keep records and maintain proper filing system.
• Prepare monthly and periodic reports for E-commerce sales team.
• Manage basic objection handling with customers.
• Following up end-to-end sales procedure.
• Must be able to apply product knowledge to work.
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• Preferable candidates with at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong passion to learn will be considered.
• Work half day Saturday alternatively.
• Excellent communication skill.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM3,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
