JOB DESCRIPTION E-commerce executive plays a significant role in meeting end customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs by offering the company\'s line of products to customers in the online channel, supporting and managing the day-to-day platform operations in seeing through the success of expanding our online presence and maximizing revenue. This role is responsible to manage e-commerce platforms where you will learn all aspects related to the marketplace platform. KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Responsible for campaign registration in marketplaces (Lazada & Shopee), actively strive for marketing resources on the platform with KAM (for campaign pages, homepage exposure, voucher exposure, BMO, etc.) 2. Participate in the preparation of store promotion strategy and coordinate resources to achieve sales target. 3. Participate in the planning of the store layout design wild frame, planning online activities and special promotion on marketplaces, and in-channel marketing ROI optimization. 4. According to the brand store page style and brand style, coordinate with designer of the ads image direction, optimize the click-through rate and conversion rate of the ads image, and improve the search relevance ranking of the product through SEO. 5. Prepare monthly operation plan and be responsible for its implementation, evaluate the promotion result and analyze the data of store and product visits and conversion rate. 6. Coordinate with graphic design team, customer service team and other personnel to complete the above tasks smoothly and effectively. 7. Prepare data analysis reports of store visitors, sales volume, conversion rate, etc. 8. Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target audience and continuously engage customers through digital platforms. 9. Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitor\'s activities and industry best practices in order to stay abreast of the developments in the marketplace. 10. Familiar with the in-channel paid advertising tools on marketplaces (Lazada/Shopee). Good at summing up experience, to provide decisions for achieving sales performance and target. 11. With good interpersonal communication skill and able to maintain good relationship with KAMs and clients. 12. Work as a team player to assist other relevant activities.
