Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the organization's financial strategy, including short- and long-term planning. Monitor daily cash flow, manage bank relationships, and ensure liquidity for operational needs. Oversee treasury operations including payments, banking, foreign exchange, and investment management. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements. Review and recommend financial policies, strategies, and procedures to the Board/CFO. Prepare and present financial forecasts, risk analysis, and performance reports. Manage debt obligations, credit facilities, and capital structure. Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and stakeholders. Provide strategic input on financial planning, budgeting, and major investments. Implement best practices in treasury and risk management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial or treasury roles. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and cash management. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and treasury software tools.
