Nohad Sdn Bhd is a leading sublimation apparel manufacturer serving both Malaysia and Indonesian markets. With expanding operations in Semenyih HQ and Medan, we are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our accounting team.

This role is not just about numbers, you will be part of the company's growth, ensuring financial accuracy while supporting production, procurement, HR, and cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily accounting operations for Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoices, payments, and collections. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of the daily cash book. Record and maintain accurate financial ledgers for Malaysia HQ and Medan sub company. Verify sales documents (PO, DO, Jobsheet) with invoices. Support costing & inventory control (fabric, ink, paper, accessories, factory wastage). Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with MPERS and statutory requirements (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SST). Liaise with procurement, production & HR teams for invoice approvals, OT, and incentive calculations. Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors & tax consultants. Provide accurate data to support management decision-making. Prepare and maintain ageing reports and follow up with customers on outstanding balances.

Requirements



Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance. 2-4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience is an advantage). Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System & MS Excel, Google Sheet (basic formulas & pivot tables) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Able to work with cross-functional teams (production, HR, procurement). Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and good communication skills. Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle high-volume transactions.

Salary & Benefits



Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00 AM - 6.00 PM) Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,200 (based on experience & qualifications). Statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS). KPI incentives, allowances & OT claims. Annual leave, medical leave & company holidays. Career development with exposure to cross-border operations (Malaysia & Medan).
