Position: Account Executive
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturdays, 2x/month)
Location: Restoran Asam Pedas London, No. 2 & 4 Jalan 2/12, Bandar Baru Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor



We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to join our client's team in Batu Caves.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly reports, managing full sets of accounts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, good organisational abilities, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



1) Update and verify all daily accounting entries, including receipts, payments, and invoices, in the accounting system.
2) Manage the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet.
3) Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure timely month-end closing.
4) Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for annual audits and tax-related matters.
5) Maintain and operate the computerized accounting system effectively.
6) Prepare monthly reconciliations, cash book, cash flow analysis, and profit & loss statements.
7) Generate sales and debtor reports for management review.
8) Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting and administrative records.
9) Possess basic knowledge of e-invoicing processes.
10) Oversee administrative tasks and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements



1) Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage.
2) Familiarity with full set accounts and monthly closing processes.
3) Knowledge of e-invoicing is beneficial.
