We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to oversee our accounting functions and ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, cash flow, and month-end closing).
Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting and compliance (e.g., e invoice, tax submissions,etc).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
Assist in preparing management reports and financial statements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
Support process improvements and maintain proper accounting records and filing.
Handle salary calculation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB contributions and submissions.
Other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 4-6 years of accounting/finance experience with full set of accounts experience.
Solid understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and MS Excel.
Meticulous, independent, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independent.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
