- Account Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts receivable/payable, assisting in month-end closing, and supporting administrative duties when required. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is organized, independent, and looking to grow in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain full set of accounts
- Handle accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when necessary
- Support administrative duties as required by the management
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
