Manage full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare client invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding collections.
Prepare monthly management accounts
Prepare and submit SST reports and payment
Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial reports for management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when necessary.
Maintain accurate financial records and implement internal controls.
Support management in ad hoc finance-related tasks and projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance (experience in a recruitment or service-based industry is an advantage).
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, or similar) and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and payroll processes.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
