Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary or Graduate Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language (s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required Skill (s): Microsoft office, Autocount Software & SQL or any work-related skills.
Responsibilities
  • Performs account & administration duties.
  • Dealing with initial inquiries on behalf of the department including letters, postage, faxes and telephone calls.
  • To prepare day to day book keeping entries including cheques, payment voucher, official receipt, sales report and petty cash voucher.
  • To ensure proper filing of documentation.
  • Execute any task assign by Manager
  • Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking
  • Able to work under pressure occasionally to meet certain deadline
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
