Responsibilities
Performs account & administration duties.
Dealing with initial inquiries on behalf of the department including letters, postage, faxes and telephone calls.
To prepare day to day book keeping entries including cheques, payment voucher, official receipt, sales report and petty cash voucher.
To ensure proper filing of documentation.
Execute any task assign by Manager
Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking
Able to work under pressure occasionally to meet certain deadline
Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
