Hello candidates! We are looking for enthusiastic candidate with good personality to join our team. An Account Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with accounting regulations, and efficient financial processes. Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions, verifying accuracy, and reconciling discrepancies. Prepare and post journal entries to update accounts. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and verify invoices, bills, and purchase orders. Prepare and distribute invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies. Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports.Monitor and control company expenditures to ensure they align with budgetary constraints. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Budget Support: Assist in the development of annual budgets. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments & external auditors. accountants to gather financial information and provide support as needed. We provide a young & fun working environment. Can do Full Set Account Understanding in any accounting software is added advantage Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
