About the role

Infinity RC Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Costing & Analysis

Handle project cost allocation, cost tracking, and cost variance analysis Prepare project budgets and cost projections Monitor actual project costs and compare them against budgets Prepare monthly project costing reports
2. Accounting & Financial Tasks

Manage daily accounting operations and maintain full sets of accounts Handle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) Process progress claims, certifications, VO, subcontractor payments, and other construction-related documents Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts Assist in monthly closing, year-end closing, audit, and tax submission Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience;

experience in the construction industry is highly preferred

Knowledge of project costing, construction claims, and subcontractor payments Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Familiar with accounting software with SQL Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table) Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently Good communication skills and able to work with team members

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
