Job Title: Accounts Executive (Oxburgh International School)

Oxburgh International School, offering education from early years to secondary level, is seeking a skilled and meticulous Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our institution. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily communications and respond to queries at the bursary. Ensure accuracy of payments, amounts, and financial records. Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals. Record and file transactions systematically. Control credit and chase outstanding debts. Process and file invoices accurately and promptly. Maintain stock control to ensure adequate supplies and resources. Perform TNG reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial policies are adhered to.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related accounting role. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in an educational setting is a plus.

Salary Range:

RM3000 to RM4000

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Commencement:

Immediate
