Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Able to handle full sets of accounts, handling & monitoring on account payable and account receivable & collections. Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company's policies, accounting standard systems comply with Company's policies, accounting standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements. Responsible in audit as well as all taxes preparation and submission. Review all invoices and documentations for approvals prior to payment. Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment and stock purchasing. Reconciling Statement weekly, across all company accounts. Reporting daily report to Accounting related activities to Director including Book Keeping. Preparation of various reports on a timely basis for Management's review. Familiarise with general ledger and journal entries when liaising with external parties such as tax agents, auditors, and bankers.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CPA and etc. Proven manufacturing and project accounting experience for minimum of 1-2 years in industry or field. Knowledgeable on full set of account and all taxes related.

Proficiency in Mandarin

is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Familiar with accounting or CRM software or systems and practices (Eg: AutoCount).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
