Job Description


  • To handle a full set of Accounts with month-end closing and to produce monthly revenue projection reports.
  • To carry out bank reconciliation, data entry, updating records, and maintaining accounting records
  • Prepare monthly management account reports, analyze information, and detail revenue, cost, and expenses
  • Issue invoices, official receipts, credit notes and debit note when required to the client.
  • Track and manage transactions and accounts using proprietary and non-proprietary software and systems.
  • Perform AR and AP reconciliation of accounts in timely manner
  • Prepare commission payout list.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior.
