Our Company:

Our client has become one of the major retailer, distributor and wholesaler in the country. The client has 46 years of experience in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
• Assist focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant division.
• Responsible for interacting and negotiating regularly with existing key account clients to build and maintain relations.
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solution that meet their objectives.
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Prepare and deliver optimum presentations to propose new products to clients.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• To work closely with sales, marketing, merchandisers and promoters on executions of in store activities, promotions and maintaining brand presence.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Ensures the execution of promotions and other trade agreements with the sales force.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results oriented, self-driven and a good team player.
• Able to multi task.
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Own transport provided
• Outstation travelling needed

Remuneration:

RM 3,000- RM 4,500
