  • Diploma or certification in accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Able to speak in English & Mandarin
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Manage accounts payable (processing payments) and accounts receivable (issuing invoices and tracking payments).
  • Handle basic banking transactions and ensure accurate recording of activities.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for accounting and financial documents.
  • Assist the finance team with monthly reporting and reconciliation tasks.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to accounting and finance.
  • Proficient in using financial management software.
