Handle preparation of full set of accounts.
Prepare journals for monthly reports and other accounting entries.
Responsible to handle and review daily accounting operations and transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
Ensure all accounting entries entered into the accounting system are accurate and complete with proper supporting documents.
Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in a timely manner.
Maintain proper filing of all accounting records and documentation.
Assist the Manager in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting including yearly audit.
Identify and report any accounting related issues to the manager.
Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
Liaise with auditors, tax agent and bankers, where necessary.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
Possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
