Wealth Academy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated, reliable and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Nong Chik, Johor Bahru. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for company full sets of account. If you are a dynamic and self-driven individual with a passion for education and training, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Xero
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Additional certification ( PA or CMA) is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ethics and reliability

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare sales reports and budget forecasts
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Ensuring all financial records are accurate throughout the year
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Verify payroll calculations
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company\'s financial health and liquidity
• Responsible for financial audits
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
