As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for company full sets of account. • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Xero
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ethics and reliability

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare sales reports and budget forecasts
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Ensuring all financial records are accurate throughout the year
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Verify payroll calculations
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company\'s financial health and liquidity
• Responsible for financial audits
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
