Fresh graduate / At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting or related industry.
Good understanding of accountancy and book keeping.
Proficient in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Accounting SQL Software. Knowledge in other accounting software will be an advantage.
Proficient in computer literacy, typing and Microsoft Office.
High level of accuracy and attention to details.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Office Location: Bukit Angkat @ Kajang, Selangor.
Responsibilities
Book keeping and general accounting.
Invoicing and monthly bank reconciliation for varying departments.
To verify claims and processing orders and deposit slips.
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
To attend to queries relating to accounting matters and respond to calls/ emails from vendors/ clients/ management or staffs.
Execute day to day functions within the office administration.
Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing documentations in neat and systematic manner.
Emails and phone calls handling.
Handling ad-hoc requests/duties on a timely manner.
Building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues.
