ResponsibilitiesAccount Executive are responsible for managing accounts and providing support for the accounting, finance and sales departments. Their responsibilities may include:

• Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
• Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal
• Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
• Fully understanding a client\'s needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs
• Overseeing a team to ensure the company\'s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client\'s standards
• Managing a client account and ensuring client satisfaction and client retention by creating successful promotional activities and strategies
• Providing accounting and assistance to the accounting department
• Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Collecting and sorting invoices and checks
• Mailing checks to both other businesses and employees
• Assist to keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into the company\'s general ledger system
