Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation).
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB).
Manage petty cash, payment vouchers, and staff claims.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Support management with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience in accounting or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting).
Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements is required.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet reporting deadlines.
