Job Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), covering recording, processing, and reporting of financial transactions. Manage tax-related matters, including SST/GST submission and compliance with statutory requirements. Perform (AP) functions such as invoice verification and payment processing. Assist in (AR) functions, including preparing and issuing invoices, debit notes (DN), and credit notes (CN). Finalize monthly management accounts independently for review, analysis, and evaluation. Prepare creditor, debtor, and bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Perform payroll calculations including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB. Assist in internal and external audits as required. Maintain proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries. Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit, tax, and statutory matters. Committed to meeting all deadlines and ensuring timely submissions.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. At least

2 years

of relevant working experience in the accounting field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and

must be proficient in SQL Accounting Software

. Good knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations. Experience handling internal and external audits. Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
