Account Executive (Full Set / AutoCount / e-Invoicing)

Job Summary



TSM Welding Technology is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented

Account Executive

to manage our full spectrum of financial accounts. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring that our financial records, inventory costing, and tax compliance (SST) are accurate and up-to-date. You will be the key person handling the "Full Set" of accounts using the

AutoCount

system.

Key Responsibilities



Full Set Accounting:

Handle the complete cycle of accounting, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP), fixed assets and ledgers

Monthly Closing:

Perform timely month-end and year-end closing, ensuring all reconciliations (Bank, Customer, Supplier) are accurate.

e-Invoicing Compliance:

Manage the end-to-end

e-Invoicing process

via AutoCount and the

LHDN MyInvois portal

, ensuring all validated invoices are issued correctly.

Tax & Compliance:

Prepare and manage SST submissions, tax computations, and liaise with auditors and tax agents for yearly filings.

Inventory & Costing:

Monitor stock movements and ensure accurate cost recording for copper alloys and machinery parts.

Cash Flow Management:

Prepare payment vouchers, manage online banking transactions, and monitor company cash flow.

Financial Reporting:

Generate monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and management reports for the leadership team.

Ad-hoc Duties:

Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the

Management

from time to time to support the company's operational needs.

Requirements



Software Expertise:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience using

AutoCount Accounting Software

is mandatory.

Experience:

Proven track record in handling

Full Set Accounts

, preferably in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Trading environment.

e-Invoicing Knowledge:

Familiarity with the

Malaysia e-Invoicing (LHDN)

implementation and workflow.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Skills:

High proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and a strong understanding of MFRS and SST.

Language:

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak

Mandarin

is a significant advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/suppliers).
