- Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Autocount software would be an advantage.
- Language require: English, Malay and Mandarin. (Need to communicate with clients and supplier who primarily speak Mandarin)
- Able to handle full set account
- Familiar with manufacturing account
- 5 days working, Mon-Thu 8:30am-6:00pm; Fri 8:30am-5:30 pm
- Office located at Klang Utama
- Prepares full set of accounts (Manufacturing) to ensure a company's financial reporting is accurate and timely.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and account reconciliation
- Support forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements, audits, and procedures
- Work with external parties like auditors, tax agents, and government authorities
- Process billing, and invoicing
- Reconcile accounts and detect errors in trial balances
