Position: Account Executive
Salary: RM2,300 - RM2,500
Working Days: Monday - Friday (8.30AM - 6.00PM), Saturday (8.00AM - 1.00PM)
Location: No 67, Lorong Sanggul, Bandar Puteri 41200 Klang, Selangor

1) Update and verify all daily accounting entries, including receipts, payments, and invoices, in the accounting system.
2) Manage the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet.
3) Prepare monthly reports and ensure timely month-end closing.
4) Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for annual audits and tax matters.
5) Maintain and operate the computerized accounting system.
6) Prepare monthly reconciliations, cash book, cash flow, profit & loss reports.
7) Generate sales and debtors reports.
8) Maintain proper filing of accounts and administrative documents.
9) Apply basic knowledge in e-invoicing.
10) Oversee administrative matters and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
2) At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
3) Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
4) Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
