Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle full sets of accounts, i.e Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash Flow and General Ledger. Assist in timely preparation of full sets of Financial and Management reports. Carry out Bank Reconciliation and Fixed Assets Register. Review Debtors / Creditors Ledgers and do reconciliations. Prepare and submit Statistics, Bank Negara and other report to government and regulatory bodies. Supervise a team of Accounts Assistant. Prepare schedules and analysis for management, statutory and tax audit. 8.0 Perform Month End and Year End Closing activities. Other assigned duties as required. Responsible for Company's Policies and Quality Management System (QMS) Responsible for Safety's Policies and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Recognized Diploma in Accountancy (LCCI) OR part qualified, finalist of Professional Accountancy qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, AIA) At least 2 to 5 years working experience in Finance Accounting related area. However, fresh graduate is encourage to apply. Able to handle full sets of accounts up to General Ledger level Experience in SAP would be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Working knowledge of accounting software such as UBS, SQL Accounting. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
