Job Description

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

Handle full-set accounts for the Company Perform month-end closing activities and ensure timely submission of reports Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

2. Audit & Compliance

Coordinate with external auditors on annual financial audits Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and resolve audit queries promptly Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies Support internal audits or compliance reviews when required

3. Taxation

Assist in preparation of corporate tax computation and tax estimates Handle SST/GST submissions, reconciliations, and compliance requirements Liaise with tax agents for tax filing matters

4. Financial Analysis & Budgeting

Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting Perform variance analysis and highlight financial trends, risks, or opportunities Provide insights to Management for decision-making

5. Stakeholder Management

Work closely with Operation, HR, other department related and Management to support business activities. Handle financial queries and provide accurate financial information to stakeholders Maintain strong working relationships with auditors, tax agents, and banks

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional qualification (e.g.,

ACCA, CPA, CIMA

) is required. Professional degree candidates (completed or part-qualified) are encouraged

Experience

Minimum

3-5 years of relevant working experience

, preferably in retail industry (fashion). Prior

audit experience

is an added advantage Experience handling full-set accounts and financial reporting

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of accounting standards Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Anchanto, Storehub, AutoCount or any other ERP) and MS Excel. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage timelines and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
