Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting / LCCI / Finance/ Accountancy
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in handling full set of account.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office/ Word/ Excel/ AutoCount is preferred.
• Good organizational skills, willing to learn new concepts and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong sense of integrity and responsibility and result oriented.
• Positive working attitude, motivated & a team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Prepare full sets of accounts and daily operations works of Finance Department.
• Handling & monitoring on account payable and account receivable & collections.
• Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accountingrecords up to date with complete Information / details & systemscomply with the Company\'s policies, accounting standard systemscomply with Company\'s policies.
• Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard
• Update bank reconciliation weekly, across all company accounts.
• Support in month end close procedure with timely and accuraterecording.
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Reporting daily report to Accounting related activities to FinanceManager including Book Keeping.
• Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities (BA, TT, IF etc).
• To liaise with the auditors, tax agent, bankers, company secretaries andauthorities on all finance-related matters
• Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.
• Support Finance Manager in various ad-hoc tasks, reporting, analysis & etc.
