  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department.
  • Experience in performing AP & AR job function.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers as well as other statutory bodies
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles.
  • Ensure the AR data captured into accounting system accurately.
  • Process payment documents for daily bank transactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Maintain accurate financial records (expenses, revenue, invoices, payments)
  • Able to work by own
  • Familiar with cheque payment, cheque book control
  • Familiar with UBS system would be extra credit
