- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting field
- Meticulous & analytical skills required
- Salary will be according to personal working experience
- Proactive and positive attitude and must be able to meet deadline
- Candidate who have experience in Live (Online) accounts will added priority for shortlisted
- Required Skill(s) Microsoft Office, SQL, would be an advantage, Read/Speak in THREE LANGUAGE IN MALAYSIA
- Handle Full Set Account and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare Quotation and Invoice for Client
- Check Receive Payment from Client/Customer
- Manage Payroll and any Related to Human Resources Duties
- Prepare Report for E-Commerce Sales and Commission
- Manage Petty Cash
- Prepare Payment Voucher and Process Payment
- Handle Full set of Tax Related (e.g: SST)
- Ensure proper maintenance of document and filing to support all accounting entries
- Independent in finalization of monthly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.
- Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agent on matter relating to auditor Tax and Statutory requirements.
